I would like to emphasize that most of the mineral springs are found across protected areas in the foothills of Balkan and Rodopi Mountains, Black Sea coast, along the streams of the rivers Strouma and Mesta. This is a great possibility you may combine your spa vacation with other forms of alternative tourism like eco tourism, rural tourism, and cultural tourism.
