Wine tours in Bulgaria are included as an attraction in the programs of Bulgarian tour operators. For groups of tourists interested in the wine tasting session, the wineries organize such tours upon request. During the session, several varieties of wine are tested – white and red wines, and sometimes one ore two kinds of rakiya (Bulgarian traditional alcoholic drink) if produced in the same winery; all this accompanied with the right appetizers.
